Lisa Holtzmuller, the firm’s founder, is dedicated to providing comprehensive and exceptional legal services to education institutions, not-for-profit organizations and other businesses. With over 18 years of experience in the education sector, Lisa advises clients on a wide variety of matters, including education, corporate, real estate, governance, and employment matters. Lisa received her law degree from Boston College Law School in 2007 and her undergraduate degree from Fairfield University in 2004. She has spoken at many conferences around the country on different aspects of charter school law.
